Vice mayor: Killings may be work of vigilantes

BACOLOD CITY: The recent spate of killings in Bacolod City may be the handiwork of vigilante groups, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran said on Monday.

In an interview with DYHB-Bacolod, Familiaran said the killings 'were not ordinary crimes by ordinary people.'
