AN official of the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) on Tuesday said that the sale of frozen and cracked eggs should be banned in the markets following reports that frozen eggs are sold amid the high retail prices of eggs.
In a radio interview, BAI Assistant Secretary and spokesman Dr. Arlene Vytiaco added that she will recommend to the Department of Agriculture (DA) to order a crackdown on the sale of frozen eggs.
