UnionBank nets P12.7B in 2022

UNION Bank of the Philippines (UBP) posted a net income of P12.7 billion last year, the company reported on Monday.

The earnings result translated to a return on average equity of 9.7 percent, which included the impact of the P40 billion in additional capital raised through a stock rights offer last May 2022, the bank said.
