Celebrities eyed as ROTC trainers

CELEBRITY reservists can serve as instructors of the Reserve Officers' Training Course (ROTC) to augment the lack of personnel.

Their presence will also inspire students who will take up the proposed mandatory ROTC, Sen. Ronald dela Rosa said.
