THE Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) forged a tie with the Malabon local government unit to assist and strengthen the coordination with the urban poor communities living along the Tullahan River.
During a meeting, Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and PCUP-National Capital Region Commissioner Rey Galupo both agreed that the informal settlers living at the edges of the Tullahan River are constantly facing danger whenever there are inclement weathers, and something must be done about it.
