Filipino center of learning in Bangkok flies high

I STAYED for one-and-a-half months in Bangkok before I flew to Manila last week. When I was there, I touched base with several Filipinos, one of whom was Dr. Robert Galindez, the president of Bellarmine Global Education in Bangkok.
