Policeman in Cagayan pays it forward

TUGUEGARAO CITY: Police officer Jonathan Lingan took it upon himself to provide school supplies, grocery/food packs and coloring books to 70 pupils of Pananacpan Elementary School in the coastal town of Santa Ana, Cagayan on Monday, January 23.

In an interview with The Manila Times, Lingan said that it was his third time to visit the place and donate a portion of his income to underprivileged individuals.
