Policeman charged with rape surrenders

SILANG, Cavite: An active police officer voluntarily gave himself up after a warrant of arrest for a rape case was issued against him on Thursday afternoon, January 26.

He surrendered at the Silang Police Station under the office of police chief LtCol. Romulo de la Rea.
