THERE may no longer be free rides on the Edsa Bus Carousel system this year as the Department of Transportation (DoTr) is looking to adopt instead a fare discount scheme.
This decision considers the fact that the budget for the government's service contracting program (SCP) was greatly reduced compared to the budget last year.
