Glover lifts Blackwater to victory over Phoenix

Blackwater import Shawn Glover banged in 31 points, including the go-ahead basket late in the game as the Bossing squeaked past Phoenix, 108-105, to punch in their first win in the 2022-23 PBA Governors' Cup on Friday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City.

Glover was a tower of strength for Blackwater, which led by as many as 12 points in the second half. But Phoenix, now mentored by interim coach Jamike Jarin, didn't go down without a fight.
