BACOLOD CITY: A pair of severed human hands, which appeared to have been cooked in beef broth and placed in an ice cream container, is causing fear among residents in Purok Kagaykay in Barangay 2, a coastal village in Bacolod City.
Capt. Jonito Pastraña, Bacolod Police Station 2 chief, said the left and right hands inside the plastic container were found by a tricycle driver in a garbage pile early Wednesday morning, January 25.
