THE United States Agency for International Development (USAid) has inaugurated a hearing test center (HTC) in Batangas City as part of a P112-million ($2.05 million) program to improve access to education for children with vision and hearing disabilities.
According to the US Embassy in the Philippines, the inauguration of the HTC was led by USAid Mission Director Ryan Washburn and Batangas Gov. Hermilando Mandanas.
