CAMP AQUINO, Tarlac: The Armed Forces of the Philippines' (AFP) Northern Luzon Command (Nolcom) welcomed its 33rd commander during a change of command ceremony here on Wednesday, January 25.
Major Gen. Fernyl Buca is the first officer from the Philippine Air Force (PAF) to lead the unified command, replacing Lt. Gen. Ernesto Torres Jr. who retired from the service.
