No special treatment for Duterte ex-security chief in entrepreneur-model slay in Davao City

NO special treatment will be given to the ranking Philippine Army official who was tagged as the brains behind the killing of businesswoman Yvonette Chua Plaza in Davao City in December 2022.

Army chief Lt. Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. gave this assurance as he disclosed that BGen. Jesus Durante 3rd is now under the custody of the Philippine Army and is currently being held at Fort Bonifacio in Manila after being relieved as commander of the 1001st Infantry Brigade.
