Ex-PDEA NCR chief linked to illegal drugs surrenders

THE former director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-National Capital Region (PDEA-NCR) who has been accused of being involved in illegal drugs surrendered on Wednesday to the Philippine National Police regional office in Leyte.

Erwin Ogario surrendered to Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) director BGen. Rommel Francisco Marbil.
