THE Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) is just waiting for additional funding from the national government so that it can finally push through with its Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT 2) West Extension project.
"The plan and all technical designs of the West Extension project for LRT 2 are finished. The documentation is complete, we are just waiting for additional funds," LRTA Administrator Hernando Cabrera said in a public briefing on Thursday.
