PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. bared his plan of keeping former Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) secretary Erwin Tulfo part of his administration "in another capacity."
Marcos was forced to replace Tulfo after the latter failed to get the nod of the Commission on Appointments over questions on his citizenship and a previous conviction for libel.
