Vice Ganda ready to become a parent

THE former skeptical Vice Ganda who didn't want to have a child is now entertaining — and planning — to have a child, or two, via surrogacy.

The blockbuster star revealed this information in an interview with former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on his YouTube channel where he started a series on celebrities.
