Ex-policeman tagged in kidnap surrenders

(UPDATE) ANOTHER suspect in the alleged kidnapping of e-sabong (cockfight) master agent Ricardo Lasco in San Pablo, Laguna in 2021 has surrendered, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said.

Former patrolman Roy Navarete surrendered to the Calauan police in Laguna Saturday evening.
