Saudi Arabia, PH begin arrangements for Hajj season

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah signed a number of agreements with countries upon receiving their delegations on the sidelines of the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition (Hajj Expo 2023).
The Ministry has signed an agreement with the delegation of the Philippines, for the arrangements of the Hajj season 1444 AH. The agreement includes the allocated quota, outlets and means of arrival and departure, as well as organizational instructions that enhance the safety and comfort of the pilgrims from the moment of preparation for the journey of a lifetime until leaving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Hajj Expo 2023 is the largest gathering and event related to Hajj and Umrah. It brought together more than 57 countries, and 70 speakers and experts, with the participation of 200 companies specialized in the Hajj and Umrah sector, and the presence of more than 60 thousand visitors to the exhibition.
This large gathering was a space for exchanging visions, ideas, innovations and experiences. It is an opportunity for countries to be present to sign their agreements and arrange the affairs of their citizens in advance of the Hajj and Umrah seasons, and this is reflected in the comfort of the Guests of AL-Rahman and the facilitation of their affairs.
It is worth noting that the conference was held in four days, with 40 workshops, in addition to the nine main sessions, that discussed several topics that contribute to the development of the Guests of AL-Rahman, Employing digital solutions, and working to build an integrated and sustainable system to develop and enhance the services provided to achieves the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
All these efforts come within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's endeavor to provide distinguished services to the Guests of AL-Rahman, and work to enrich their experience at all levels of logistics, security, technology, as well as cultural and knowledge, through the Program of Guests of AL-Rahman and the concerted efforts of all government sectors, private sector, entrepreneurs and partners from around the world.
