ZURICH, Switzerland: President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. said the government has to establish a sovereign wealth fund that is designed "to the Philippine condition".
Marcos expressed this view after Albay Rep. Joey Salceda said that the controversial bill was quietly "re-engineered" after it swiftly passed the House of Representatives in December 2022.
