SEC approves Citicore REIT Asean bonds offer

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved an Asean green bonds offering by Citicore Energy REIT Corp.

In a Jan. 19, 2023 meeting, the commission en banc accepted the registration statement for an offering of up to P4.5 billion in fixed-rate Asean green bonds, subject to the company's compliance with certain remaining requirements.
