Cirtex declares cash dividends

CIRTEK Holdings Philippines Corp.'s (Cirtek) board of directors has approved the declaration of cash dividends for several preferred shares.

For unlisted Preferred A Shares, the dividend is $0.000012196 apiece for 700 million shares, amounting to an aggregate sum of $8,537.01.
