UNITED NATIONS: The United Nations aims to increase convoys carrying aid to parts of Ukraine that are "close to the frontlines" to help local volunteers and organizations.
In a statement on Wednesday, the body's Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs reported that a seven-truck convoy had reached Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region, just 5 kilometers from the Russian border.
