TEAM Aldersgate College Inc. (Team AC Inc.) based in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya and the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) in Region 4-B have partnered under a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in research, extension and development concerning Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities.
NCIP Region 4-B Director Mary Grace Pascua said the agency has established a non-formal education program dubbed Indigenous Peoples Rights Act (IPRA) Academy, aiming to provide much-needed seminars and trainings and other interventions for IP youth and women, families and communities.
