WHETHER or not there was an attempt to 'destabilize' the government after President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. (BBM) changed the AFP chief of staff on January 6, and whether or not the Philippine National Police (PNP) put its 220,000 troops on 'full red alert' to meet any contingency that might arise, seems all academic now.
