SEC warns public against three firms

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is advising the public not to transact with FDMSBusiness and Marketing Solutions Inc., Trading Cartel, and Lele Gold Farm as the firms are selling securities without the proper licenses and registration.

FDMSBusiness, under its so-called Affiliate Learning Program, is offering investment plans through its Ride Trade Investment packages, in pre-subscription, basic subscription and pro-subscription variants, with a minimum investment of P3,000 up to a maximum of P1 million with promised earnings ranging from 30 to 50 percent per month for P900 up to P500,000, or 150 to 250 percent in five months for P400,000 up to P2,500,000.
