It's about time the President appoints a full-time Agriculture secretary

ON THE CONTRARY

WHILE having President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the Agriculture secretary could be interpreted as a sign that his administration prioritizes the sector, or that the problems besetting it are serious enough for the President to call the shots, it could also very well be interpreted as resulting in his giving the agency only part-time focus.
