President disavows fishing partnership to ease sea row

(UPDATE) ABOARD THE PHILIPPINE PRESIDENTIAL PLANE: President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has clarified that Manila and Beijing only have an agreement, not a partnership, in which 'China will not stop our fishermen from fishing' despite tensions in the West Philippine Sea.
