Magnitude 4.8 earthquake rocks Camarines Norte

DAMAGE to infrastructure and aftershocks are expected in the Magnitude 4.8 earthquake that occurred early Tuesday morning in Camarines Norte, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

Phivolcs chief Teresito 'Toto' Bacolcol told The Manila Times that Intensity 5 was felt in the town of Mercedes, also in the same province.
