Nickel Asia to invest P2.9B in RE unit Emerging Power

NICKEL Asia Corp. (NAC) on Monday announced additional investment of P2.92 billion in its renewable subsidiary — Emerging Power Inc.

In a disclosure to the stock exchange, NAC said its board of directors approved on Jan. 16, 2023 the additional investment through a subscription to additional common shares of EPI.
