Chemphil sells Makati head office for P1.13B

CHEMICAL Industries of the Philippines Inc. (CIP) on Monday said that it had sold a Makati property to a boutique real estate developer.

The deed of absolute sale was signed between CIP and Keyland Makati Properties Inc. for the sale of a parcel of land and building with a total lot area of 1,009 square meters located at 851 A. Arnaiz Avenue, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
