UPIS, UST win in UAAP juniors

THE University of the Philippines Integrated School (UPIS) and the University of Santo Tomas (UST) High School came up triumphant on the UAAP Season 85 Boys basketball tournament opening day on Sunday at the FilOil EcoOil Center.

UPIS defeated University of the East (UE) in overtime, 101-94, in the first game while UST took down De La Salle Zobel, 56-46, as the Boys basketball tournament returned after almost a three-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
