BACOLOD CITY: Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) over the wekend announced that it would lower electricity rates starting next month.
Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez said he was informed by Nicandro Fucoy, president and chief executive officer of Palm Concepcion Power Corp., that PCPC will reduce the price of its fuel by P4.13 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) in its 35-megawatt (MW) supply contract with Ceneco.
