Death toll from floods rises to 27

(UPDATED) THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Sunday said that the death toll from floods that hit the Bicol Region and wide areas in the Visayas and Mindanao this month has risen to 27.

It said that three persons remain missing.
