Almost all ranking officials of the Philippine National Police have submitted their courtesy resignation, an official said on Sunday.
Police Colonel Jean Fajardo said that about 97% or 928 of the 953 PNP officials have complied with the request of Interior Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. to file their courtesy resignation.
