The Bureau of Customs (BoC) is investigating 10 flight attendants of Philippine Airlines (PAL) whose luggage contained assorted agricultural products, a violation of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) and Plant Quarantine Law.
The BoC at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) found onions and fruits following the x-ray screening of the luggage of the crew who arrived from Dubai and Riyadh on January 10, 2023.
