Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma (left top photo) administers the oath of office to Patrick Patriwirawan Jr. (right top photo) as Director 4 of the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DoLE) Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) on Jan. 10, 2023, at the DoLE Central Office in Intramuros, Manila. Before his appointment, Director Patriwirawan was designated as the BLE officer in charge.
