WRITER, broadcast journalist and entrepreneur Quinto Jose Pastrana founded the Library Renewal Partnership (LRP) in 2010. It has built more than 200 libraries in the poorest places in the country in partnership with the local government and private donors, with 20 libraries for Indigenous Peoples (IPs) reaching more than 200,000 people.
