NATIONAL Security Adviser Secretary Clarita Carlos on Friday advised National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Chairman Allen Capuyan to clean their own backyard first before calling for the voluntary resignation of some members of the Secretariat of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac).

'Siguro, ang NCIP isa sa mga agencies na nakikialam, huwag ka na makialam sa mga secretarial duties (Perhaps, the NCIP is one of the agencies meddling, do not meddle any more with secretarial duties),' Carlos said.
