Jan. 16 a nonworking holiday in Bocaue

THE Bulacan municipality of Bocaue has declared Monday, January 16, as a special nonworking holiday in commemoration of the 1897 Battle of Kakarong de Sili.

Mayor Eduardo 'Jonjon' Villanueva made the announcement on his Facebook page on Thursday.
