Holiday in Romblon today for Biniray fest

THE municipality of Romblon in Romblon province goes on a holiday today, January 13, for the Biniray Festival.

Mayor Gerard 'Gard' Montojo on Thursday declared on his Facebook page that Friday is a special nonworking holiday in the town.
