Jalosjos backs timetable for naming nuisance bets

CONGRESSMAN Romeo Jalosjos Jr. has expressed support to the Commission on Elections' (Comelec) plan to move the filing of certificate of candidacy (CoC) to an earlier date to address the recurring problem on nuisance candidates.
