GLOBAL real estate management firm Colliers says that ecozone (economic zones) creation and overall property construction outside Metro Manila will provide more options for companies seeking to expand here in the Philippines and for buyers as well.

Research Director Joey Bondoc said these are evidenced by project developments of property firms and moves of related stakeholders.
