TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) declared more than 91,000 hectares of forest and agroforestry plantations established in the region, particularly in Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino provinces.
Carolyn Tumamao, DENR regional information officer, said this accomplishment is part of the agency's endeavor to heighten the country's "Save our Watershed" campaign.
