MSC receives IOER Most Outstanding HEI for Total Quality Management Award

THE Marinduque State College (MSC) in Boac, Marinduque received recently the Most Outstanding Higher Education Institution for Total Quality Management Award accorded by the International Organization of Educators and Researchers (IOER), during the 1st IOER International Excellence Awards held at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom, according to MSC President Diosdado Zulueta.

Accordingly, the recognition is a testament of MSC's commitment to sustain quality and excellence in the delivery of its services and in attaining the national government's vision of "Matatag, Maginhawa at Panatag na Buhay by Educating People, Enriching Lives and Expanding Opportunities with Wisdom."
