THE Cavite State University (CvSU) has inked recently a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on health and management education with Ching Kuo Institute of Health and Management (CKIHM) in Keelung City, Taiwan, according to CvSU Director for International and Local Collaborations and Linkages Mariel Mojica.
