MAYOR Christian Natividad of Malolos has ordered the strict implementation of City Ordinance 07-2004 or the local curfew law following the killing of a person with disability on New Year's Day wherein five of the eight suspects involved are minors.
The victim, identified as Christopher Velasco, 32, of Barangay San Gabriel, City of Malolos, Bulacan, was stabbed to death by a group of juveniles on January 1.
