E-vehicle plant rises in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY: A China-based firm is set to build an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing plant in Bacolod City, Mayor Alfredo 'Albee' Benitez said on Monday, January 9.

Benitez said he spoke with the officials of Jiangsu Fengchuen New Energy Power Technology Co. Ltd. in China as part of the Philippine delegation, who joined the state visit of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to Beijing last week.
