Cheloy Garafil named PCO head

(UPDATE) AFTER months of being the officer in charge of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Cheloy Velicaria Garafil was officially appointed by President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. as its permanent head.

The announcement was made by Malacañang on Tuesday.
